As a “Thinking Coach,” Kim Levings helps her clients transform using her framework to regroup, reframe, refocus their thoughts and live an exponential life.
Kim own life’s events lead her to create the program. Years ago, Kim had two past failed suicide attempts, and found herself a single mother. She lifted herself out of the darkness by choosing faith over fear, and those events shaped the program she created and coaches on today.
Her goal is to help people reach what’s next for them – which doesn’t necessarily mean moving up the corporate ladder. Sometimes people want to move up, but sometimes they want to slow down or shift focus. Kim may even be called a “people whisperer,” who is skillfully able to help women and men reach their goals.
In this interview, Kim shares the story of how she overcame hurdles to life her best life, talks about how to reformat your thinking patterns, imposter syndrome, “familiar” zones, and more.
