Dr. Larry McEvoy is the author of the upcoming book Epidemic Leadership, How to Lead Infectiously in the Era of Big Problems.
Through his work as medical doctor, former CEO, and volunteer efforts, Larry identified the principles of “Epidemic Leadership.”
In “Epidemic” situations, the condition are right for us to more easily do things that are healthier, we can move faster, and create a positive effect in our lives.
By finding the “positive pathogen,” and shifting focus from output/results/tasks to how we think/act/interact, distressed environments can transform into healthy environments.
In this interview Larry talks about how and why Epidemic Leadership works, how he learned about these principles, and shares a few inspiring stories.
